Usually, classes from elementary to senior high school starts at 7:30 am and the majority of the students find it very early for them to start a day. they believe that they are still capable of doing anything regards to school works with the amount of time given if the class starts later than 7:30 in the morning.
according to our findings, most of the students tend to be late and skip class because they wake up late than they should. In some instances, students also happen to fall asleep in class for lack of sleep due to doing their school works at night and waking up early the next morning to attend their classes. Our group theorized that students needed more time for themselves, not only just physically ready but as well as mentally ready for school.
Our group proposes to have an 8:00am call time for the students. We come up with this idea because as a student, we ourselves are having a hard time to wake up early and to condition ourselves. The school must have considerations in the time limit that they give the students to attend class.
If students are sleepy and not in the right condition, they will not be able to absorb the lessons and knowledge, the teachers give them that’s why it is useless. They are still in the stage of adapting to a new day so if they will stress in an early morning then they will be stressed all throughout the day.
As a conclusion, we think as a student, that the first subject should start at 8:00am in order for us to prepare ourselves into a knowledgeable day and we hope our petition will be heard and will be addressed.
Despite the fact that stress has adverse effects on our life, we still deny admitting that this could be a mental disorder. Leading a stressful life hinders our efficiency and lessens our ability to live a healthy and happy life. Being stressed, you may fall sick more often, can feel grumpy and even irritated too.
Our hectic schedules and a number of responsibilities have greatly contributed to this condition and it is important to know the ways that could alleviate stressful conditions. Where meditation could decrease the level of stress, indulging in physical activities is another way to get rid of it.
